About the Role

This role is part of the core operations team responsible for managing ongoing service delivery for our customers and partners. You will coordinate transportation services, maintain all communication, and ensure services run smoothly from request through completion.

Most communication is written (email and internal systems), supported by calls when needed. You will handle multiple requests and communication streams simultaneously while keeping service details accurate and up to date. This position combines service delivery, relationship communication, and workflow management.

What You Will Be Doing

Ongoing Service Coordination

·       Managing and coordinating reservations for corporate clients and partners

·       Monitoring ongoing services & ensuring execution matches partner/customer expectations and supplier possibilities

·       Communicating service updates, changes and instructions across internal teams

·       Solving operational challenges and escalating issues when necessary

Customer & Partner Communication

·       Communicating professionally with customers, corporate partners, and suppliers

·       Providing clear, timely, and solution-oriented responses

·       Managing communication primarily via email, supported by phone when required

Systems & Data Accuracy

·       Keeping customer and service info accurate and up to date in internal systems

·       Managing shared mailboxes and operational task queues

·       Following established workflows and maintaining operational documentation

Who We Are Looking For

This role is a strong match for someone with experience in operations coordination, service delivery, logistics coordination and customer success. You are extremely detail-oriented and structured, demonstrate problem-solving skills, good judgement and the ability to work independently while remaining collaborative within a team. You can communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally in English, using common sense and practical thinking while staying focused in busy operational environments. Being able to effectively multi-task is a must.

This role can suit both developing and experienced professionals, depending on their ability to take ownership and learn quickly.

A Day in the Life of ExpatRide Coordinator

A typical day starts with reviewing new service requests, updating booking details, and coordinating withsuppliers across different time zones. Throughout the day, you will respond tocustomer inquiries, update service arrangements following change requests,coordinate with drivers and suppliers, and manage multiple communicationchannels simultaneously. You will also collaborate internally with colleaguesto resolve operational challenges, update customer data, and review processimprovements. Each day brings a combination of coordination, communication, andproblem-solving activities.
