AIRPORT TRANSFER
A pre-booked airport transfer in more than 1,000 airports worldwide. The driver tracks the flight, meets the family in arrivals, helps with the luggage and drives them to the house or the hotel. Nobody rents a car at the airport after 11 hours in the air. The transfer is billed to the company, with no credit card from the assignee. CAR RENTAL
An expat car rental program in 197 countries and territories, built for the weeks between arrival and the lease. The rates are below counter rates, the insurance is included at a discount and the invoice goes to the company in the currency you choose. The assignee signs nothing on a personal card. When the lease vehicle arrives, the rental ends on the same day.
CAR LEASING
An assignee with no local credit history is refused a lease in most countries. ExpatRide places the lease through vetted local partners in 67 countries, with a Personal Car Shopper who finds the car and the terms. Leases run from 12 months when the company is billed, and from 24 to 48 months for private leases. Two programs:

DAILY CHAUFFEUR SERVICE
A chauffeur for the assignee who does not drive in the host country. Hourly and daily programs run in 197 countries and territories, and monthly programs in more than 100 countries. Programs run by the day, the week, the month or the year, and ExpatRide coordinates the driver, the vehicle and the changes. The same driver returns where the law and the schedule allow. The service is the usual choice in cities where an expat does not get a driving license, and the alternative to a car in cities with no parking.

Supplementary Services

On top of essential ExpatRide services, we provide supplementary car solutions for special purposes or for corporate clients with special needs.

ORIENTATION & SETTLING-IN CHAUFFEUR SERVICE
The first week of an assignment is spent looking at houses, schools and offices. ExpatRide books the chauffeur for every orientation trip and coordinates with the destination services provider in each city, in several locations at the same time. The family sees the city without driving it. RMCs book this service for their corporate clients through the Partner Hub.
BUS & COACH SERVICE
Group airport transfers, daily worksite shuttles and business roadshows, for 8 to 55 passengers per vehicle. ExpatRide arranges the vehicle, the driver and the schedule in more than 100 countries. One booking covers the full project, and one invoice follows it.
VIP & ARMORED VEHICLES
Armored vehicles with bulletproof glass and reinforced frames, for executives in cities where the company's risk assessment requires them. The chauffeurs are trained in defensive driving and emergency response, keep contact with an operations center and drive pre-planned routes. ExpatRide also arranges the luxury vehicles and airport fast track that executives expect. The full program is on the VIP Global Mobility page.
ECORIDE - SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES
EcoRide is ExpatRide's program for lower emissions from relocation transport. We source hybrid and electric vehicles for the rental, the lease and the chauffeur service where the charging network supports them. Depending on the vehicle, the assignment produces 30% to 80% less CO2 from transport than it would with a petrol car. Read more on the Sustainability page.
