Accountant – South Florida, United States

Your function at ExpatRide will be to manage the financial records and accounting operations that keep our global programs running smoothly. We work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. Two days are rarely the same.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Reconcile accounts and manage collections in a timely and organized manner.
• Use cloud-based accounting software and support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with team members to ensure financial operations run without interruption.

Hours: Full-time 35-40 hours flexible or Part-time, 25-30 hours, flexibleWork arrangement: Independent Contractor. Workplace, flexible or Part-time, 25-30 hours, flexible. Work: From home in the South Florida area.

What we expect from you:

• Accounting experience, including receivables and payables, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency of records.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software and process automation tools.
• Being very detail-oriented is a must. You take full responsibility for the accuracy of your work and consistently meet deadlines.
• You should be fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.
• You are self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working independently from home.
