Arriving in Miami Airport after a nine-hour flight from London, I received a call from George, my personal dedicated Enterprise representative, for the duration of my rental. He was waiting for me curbside in an Audi Q7 as I came out of the terminal, ready to take me my car for the week a brand new Porsche 911 cabriolet.

At the airport Enterprise Exotic Car rental location, my car for the week was waiting for me with my name on the windscreen. Another Enterprise representative was waiting with a cold bottle of water and my rental car agreement. They placed my luggage in the car and walked me through the car. George provided me with his cell phone number in case Enterprise’s support line did not work for me. The day after, George called me to check if everything was going well.

Returning to the airport, I gave George a call letting him know I would be arriving in 30 minutes at the rental car drop-off. When I arrived, George and his colleague greeted me, moved my luggage into an SUV they had ready, and offered me a cold bottle of water. George then drove me to my terminal. It was almost too convenient!
