Supply Chain Administrator
Job function:
Your function at ExpatRide will be to understand the backbone of ExpatRide’s service flow, overseeing and optimizing the entire Supply Chain process from initiation to delivery. With management, acting as an advisory for operation service development and coordinating changes in processes. Looking out for ways to improve service quality. Synchronizing cross-functional efforts with operations.
New suppliers
- Assist with the search for new suppliers globally
- Assist in vetting and reviewing for product and process compliance
- Add supplier to database
- Announcement of new supplier to all departments
Existing suppliers
- Ongoing update of the database
- Set up automated supplier interactions
Reporting
- Analyze feedback, process, deliveries, conversion rates, etc.
- Identifying and implementing sustainable intensive / carbon footprint
The role is to align these diverse functions, balancing efficiency and quality while adapting to our market needs and driving continuous improvement within the Supply Chain ecosystem and other departments. Coordinate with:
- Operations to understand the quality and quantity of current services
- Partner Management to forecast demand
- Accounting to manage costs and agreements
- Pricing Management to source rates
- Marketing/Project Leader to update company brochures
Position in the organization: You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager
Work arrangement: Independent Contractor (nezávislý dodavatel)
Workplace: Agathis Business Centre, Opletalova 55, Praha 1 110 00, Czech Republic

- Measure how well workflows and processes are working
- Notice issues and figure out the best way to solve it
Working hours are full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday at our office.
You should be fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
